Unhappy customer

I was at wimpy midlands mall😭, what a bad customer service i had to wait for my food then when it came nobody was checking up on me if i needed anything when i finished i raised my hand asking for bill the guy just came and left my bill without asking if i was paying with cash or card i had to call him again and he had no time. Im looking at the reviews here they don't bother to respond which shows they don't care about their customers
