unhappy customer

We are very disappointed in the wimpy breakfast, I ordered 7 of the streaky breakfast and advised the consultant (Dineo) that can they please make the breakfast properly as our last experience was disgusting, the orders came untidy as it was going to be fed to dogs. the chips where dry as if they where yesterdays chips, the bacon was burnt. same thing happened today even after I had asked her so nicely, the bacon is burnt and the chips are awful. why is there such a major difference when you sit in and order and take away of the same meal, we are really not happy with such plus the food came late,
