undermining a customer

I went into wimpy in Middleburg at wonder park Centre kirk street, their vat no:***, date 04-09-2015, at 9:40,I had the worsed experience anyone could have in 1day,and to top it off it was my first time in that restaurant. First at the door there was no one to take to a table so I waited by the cashier to ask,there was a que,but I waited when I got there she told me that I'm supposed to wait to be seated and when I told her I have been waiting she said she only deals with take aways....so I went to wait this time someone was there, got a table, ordered mega hot. chocolate, while I waited I notice how untidy the place looked,there were pieces of mob stuck on some table leg, waiter came I ordered my food but I could see the way she asked for my order she undermined me as I look young and she thought I would probably order the R20 special as she told me about it, I came to to eat and do my paperwork so I had my laptop,the moment I started working the attitude completely changed..but when she got to the kitchen I was the topic....
