Unbelievably bad service

The service is bad, not going there again. We complained to the manager (Jomo or Joe) but he wasn’t helpful either, instead of listening to the problem he had an attitude and kept interrupting us as we tried to explain or asked why we haven’t been served. The staff member who was initially meant to serve us didn’t even greet us, walked past our table a few times, dropped of cutlery and didn’t say a word. Customers who got there after us got served. We sat for 15 mins without being served, spoke to the manager and another 15 mins went by without receiving drinks so we got up and left. We were sitting outside, they had about 3 waitress serving there but we still wasted 30 mins of our time.
