Unauthorised purchase on my bank account

On the 13th of April there was a transaction on my card that wimpy took money out of my bank hence I have months since I visited wimpy (over a year to be precise) my account was on minise, today they refunded that amount, make me understand how they randomly bill my card mistakenly, how did they even get my details
