Unacceptable
<p>Having previously complained about service at this particular branch we were then called to rectify the issue. One manager told us that we would be receiving compensation for our inconvenience but when we arrived there the manager on duty changed the arrangement and said there was no such agreement. Very disappointed in the management and staff of Wimpy Bluff. No costumer service or customer satisfaction ethics what so ever. </p>
