Trading Hours Of Their Own

Ok with the whole v&a Waterfront mall having a closing time of 9pm,especially being on a Friday, I didn’t expect to get there at 8:10pm and get told that they already closed! Would this business have its own special trading hours being inside the v&a waterfront?
