Trading hours

Got to Wimpy at Aljos in Bloemfontein on 27/03/2026 at 19:40 and was hoping to purchase a meal for my family. There was a lady without a name badge,she had her hand bag and was ready to knock off. She then informed me that they close at 20:00. According to her the dishes were being washed and I couldn't make an order 15minutes before closing of business and she was nonchalant. My question is why are we as customers treated as such and told about dishes. Trading hours are stipulated,but not adhered to by employees.As a customer it is really not my business what happens behind the scenes,I was just there to enjoy a Wimpy meal.This a huge disappointment for such an organisation of this magnitude. When we arrived there was no one to attend to us.We were not even greeted nor were they aware(remaining staff) of what it is we were going to order. Kindly communicate to your staff correct service standards so that there isn't any discrepancies just because people want to knock off early. Customer service goes a very long way. We had to drive to Wimpy N1 stop and was assisted exceptionally well
