Total rip-off
I thought I will be spoiling my husband on Sunday morning with a Wimpy breakfast as he is only home once a month. The morning was a disaster thanks to Wimpy.<br> We ordered two mega coffees, and they tasted awful. I'm not sure what the problem was but my husband eats at Wimpy a lot and I drink coffee at Wimpy a lot, and that coffee did not taste the same as other stores. I did not even finish mine.<br> My husband ordered an omelette with extra mince. He had that a week ago in Cape Town and he loved it. He did not love what he got at this Wimpy. He received a tiny portion of mince, not even two table s****s full. And when we complained, we were told that is the portion. According to him he got a lot of mince in Cape Town.<br> <br> The worst part was when the bill arrived. I had to pay R18.00 for that portion of mince. That is a total rip-off.<br> <br> This will be the last time that Wimpy have ever seen me. Now I know why the one in the Vaal Mall are always full, the service, quality and portions are so much better.
