The worst service ever
<p>I am so unhappy with the service my family and i had recieved from Wimpy Maponya mall in soweto, I fail to understand how can three waittress's be allocated to an entire floor of customers it is purely unacceptable that I had to wait 30 minutes before we recieved our drinks and an hour bedore we could recieve our cold food and when i requested a shorter drinking straw for my daughter I was givin an attitude. I am extremely livid with what Wimpy called customer service which I can discribe as horrific serice. Wimpy Maponya needs to get their act together in terms of custmer service they are not effecient, not polite and none of their employees have the correct listening s****s inorder for them to thrive in that industry. Please get your people the proper training.</p>
