THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT WIMPY GOLD REEF CITY WAIST OF MONEY TIME AND EXPERIENCE GOLD REEF CITY COME NOW

WIMPY AT GOLD REEF CITY THEME PARK PATHETHIC SERVICE , I visited on of my childrens favourite resturants only to get the worst service ever, i expected way more especially seeing the store was in gold reef city theme park. we got to the restuarant and ordered our daily meals for the kids and breakfast meals for the adults only to get food that was burnt, how can someone burn an egg? once our meal was done whatever we could eat of it we are told that there is no toys for the children the experience for the entire day was to get my children to enjoy their day out and it started with a simple toy wimpy did not have in the store... so the waiter then agreed to give the children ice cream instead which was also not an issue i agreed to this only to give my children ice cream with a fork because there was no s****s available?? what nonsense is this honestly how can any one eat ice cream with a fork i accepted the burn food fine you couldn't exchange it i went with it, i get no toy for the children i accept it but you give children ice cream with a fork go play with fools that fill water in a bucket that has a hole in it..... i am so disgusted with the service and i will be taking this to social media and slam this store especially being in GOLD REEF CITY how can GOLD REEF CITY EVEN ALLOW SUCH A STORE TO IN THE FACILITY IF THEY CANT MEET THE EXPECTATIONS OF GOLD REEF CITY imagine tourists people that save months and months to get such an experience only to get an even worst experience at a store known to us locals i am not happy with this service at all and i would not recommend this store to anyone in my wildest dreams bad bad bad..... thanks for spoiling my childrens experience on a whole... i have taken pictures of everything that had happen ice cream with a fork burnt food and still being humble about it and tipping the waiter in this event and i will be taking this to social media platforms tiktok twitter facebook Instagram lets make this wimpy a famous one if i dont get a resolution around this today......
