Thanks Wimpy

After getting a substandard chicken burger from them , after my complaint on Hello Peter the Wimpy stores manager phoned me to apologise and also the store owner. They are having quality issues with some suppliers which they are sorting out as, apparently my complaint was not new to them. I appreciated them contacting me. Kitchen staff have to be trained and remember the presentation and quality of their product is essential as that's what the customer sees first so it should be attractively assembled or plated according to what it is.
