Terrible service Wimpy Goldfields Mall

First the doors was overcrowded and one cannot see the welcome board and eventually once we walked in some guy who I believe is the manager tells me we need to wait to be seated when I try to answer him he shuts me down. As if that is not enough I waited for more than 20minutes without anyone attending to us. Eventually my husband had to leave and I sat there until this guy by the name of Escort asked if I was assisted and the guy actually came through. I don’t know whether there is not enough staff members during this busy holiday weekend. The service at Wimpy Goldfields Mall is absolutely terrible. I will not advise anyone traveling through Welkom to go there.
