Terrible service, untrained staff and Terrible food quality.

My wife has constantly been experiencing terrible service delivery from un trained staff and very poor food quality from (Bela-Bela Wimpy). Every time in the last 4 months she has gone to Wimpy Bela-Bela she complains that staff has no manners and very poor skills when conversing and serving paying customers. And the food quality and preparation has really gone down the drain. My wife went there this morning on the 17th January 2022, was given food without plastic bags and burger was left upside down in take away box. It look like the burger was dropped in the kitchen and dipped in burger sauce to hide the fact that the burger was dropped. Very angry, Very upset WIMPY bela-bela will not see our dollars again.
