Terrible service

I had the worst experience at wimpy pecanwood arrows rest. I ordered breakfast online on the 26th of February 2021 which I was later told that they do not deliver to the location I was at that Saturday. I then requested for the order to be canceled which they confirmed that it was done and should expect a refund within 5 working days. We have made several contacts but still haven’t been assisted. I called them again this morning to do a follow up on the refund, spoke to a lady by the name of Mavis who promised to contact me within 5 minutes but still haven’t received any call. I wouldn’t advise anyone to order anything at wimpy in pecanwood arrows rest . It’s almost a month now waiting for a refund from them
