Terrible service at Wimpy u Shaka marine world

We went to have breakfast on the 25th December 2023.We had very bad service.My husband ordered breakfast an he did not receive his complete breakfast. The cutley was dirty. It was around 11am an the floor was dirty. We asked for the owner an he was not helpful at all .He apologized an said it was his first complaint for the day an left to attend to his family. His attitude for being a business person was very upsetting if management displays the don't care attitude what can one expect from the people he leads.Judging from this I will say dirty cutlery an dirty floors in an eating place is acceptable. Unhappy customers is ok.
