Terrible service

Yesterday I decided to take my Grandmother of 81 to Randridge malls Wimpy. The service was slow and terrible. Our food order took so long that my grandmother eventually said to me come let's go just pay for the coffee. This was deeply and utterly embarrassing to me. I am on leave and come through for the day to spend with her. The service was poor and cold. Took long to be seen. The place was also not very welcoming. People who come after us long after us got served first while we had to wait still quite sometime after they where served
