Terrible service

I went to Thavhani mall with my family on my birthday 16 December 2020. We then took a seat and to our surprise, no one gave us attention for about 20 minutes. I then raised a hand to a lady bit far from where we were seated. She came and we asked for the menu of which she gladly offered. It tool us more 15 minutes for her to come back to us to find out if we are ready to order. I waived a hand at her again, when she arrived i asked her how long will it take to get our order ready. The lady said it can took two hours ( like really?). Due to lack of consideration for customers and an anticipated 2 hours delay, we then left the restaurant to somewhere. THe restaurant is severely understaffed or possible just general lack of customer care.
