Terrible quality toasted sandwiches

Dear Wimpy

Today I ordered a take-away of two toasted sandwiches from your Campus Square branch.

I opened the toasted bacon and egg in my car on the way back to work. I was so disappointed in what I saw. The bread slices were thin, not properly toasted and it was soggy inside. The tiny piece/s of bacon were not properly cooked and were fatty. The egg was OK. I was so hungry, so I ate it. I should have taken photographs.

The toasted chicken mayonnaise is in the car for later. I suspect I may be disappointed. I really feel that for R 79.80, I should have received something edible.

I am really not happy. What happened to your excellent quality?
