Terrible experience

On the 26 January 2025, i went to the Wimpy Workshop for a late lunch, my daughter was disappointed when she received her milkshake, it was plain no decoration(marshmallows and chocolate on top) whatsoever, when i enquire about it the waitress said they are out of stock, no apology. Already i was upset because i mean you can't sell unfinished products and charge same price. When our food came, the chips were burned i asked for replacement they only replaced mine with half done chips. I felt sick and I am never gonna set my foot there. I have never experienced such a poor service in my life. They might as well close the business because even the furniture is not maintained, the Couches are broken. They seriously need to do maintenance.
