Terrible Communication and Procrastination

3 Months to wrong a simple right is unacceptable. I have been blatantly ignored by all your communication channels. I can not believe that you do not spend more time and effort on costumer service - it has been an absolutely appalling experience, and I will never visit any of you restaurants, nor will I have any kinds words to anybody about your establishment.
