Take/away order

I ordered a mince sandwich at your takeaway counter and I'm regular customer of Wimpy. I asked them to deliver the meal at my work. I assumed that my order comes with chips because whenever I order my breakfast with you people I get chips. So now when my order arrives with no chips. The only thing that I asked them was not to add cheese with my order. The picture of the mince sandwich has chips so I'm not sure if this is false advertising. <br> I called the shop and I spoke to your Manager Shanaaz Shamar and she told me that she can't do anything about it. I used my card to buy the meal why must I go back to the shop becz that lady was supposed to ask me if I want chips. I'm very much annoyed by her attitude as well.
