Still waiting for a response
<p>Placed an order for a cheese burger and chips over the phone. On collection , saw a poster advertising the cheese burger and chips with free soda. On requesting the free soda I was declined and told that they could not give it to me as I did not request it when calling. They however, did not inform me of the promotion so how am I to know that it was running? I was told by Willliam, the manager, that they do not inform customers of promotions if not requested.Being a reputable company as you are, I trust that you will see to this matter and get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>That was a complaint sent to head office over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received a response. </p>
