Steel wool on chips

I purchased a take away sweet chillie cheese burger and chips meal, at Wimpy kwa Dukuza mall on 07-02-21 When I got home to have my meal, I opened up my chips and found a steel wool on my chips. I immediately got full. Very unprofessional.
