Stale food

My wife and I decided to have lunch yesterday at Wimpy in Greenside as we have not eaten for years there. We hade ordered the Famous Ribs and chicken wings. Too our surprise the meal was ready within 15 minutes. However as we were eating we realised the food is actually stale and it tasted like it was pre-heated and not freshly cooked not even hot out of the oven so to speak. It was actually our anniversary and we were quite disappointed at the quality of the food, we had complained to the manager however he mentioned they prepared the meal as per normal but he will mention this to the supplier and all he said was sorry, however the food tasted stale and cannot be the supplier, we were disappointed at the overall experience and will not eat at Wimpy again.
