Sour waitress

The staff were lovely we were just unfortunate to land up with a sour waitress. Portia took my order first and didn't write it down however made it seem like we gave her an incomplete one. After that when she placed the cutlery she dumped it at the table. She was iritatated when we were not satisfied with our order to an extent that I asked Sindi to assist and she was way more helpful. Why was she angry with us vele?
