Slow, slow service

Wow, never ever was service at a Wimpy so slow than the one in savanah mall. I mean, to wait one and a half hour food your food i a bit much. I know it was a public holiday and maybe the staff didnt pitch, but then you as manager should close a few tables. What is more important? Money for today or customers coming back because of good service. Really very disappointed.
