SHOCKING TASTE AS WELL AS SERVICE

Greetings (WIMPY DURBAN HYPER BY THE SEA)

We had a quick lunch yesterday at this WIMPY My burger was terrible....My husband's burger looked and tasted better my patty was dry hard and disgusting! They were busy but when Felicia came round I told her that my burger tasted like s* *** she rolled her eyes and walked away. My husband is diabetic, so he took the rest of my burger and finished it...when we got home, he literally had terrible heartburn obviously from my burger. We always support the Wimpy at La Lucia and are always more than satisfied with their food and service. I don't easily complain but I lost it when I told the lady at the teller who offered me a sweat and laughed whilst I said the burger tasted awful. Why was I not offered another burger!!!!! I PAID THE WHOLE AMOUNT AND I GAVE MY R20 TIP I am disgusted and will never eat there again. I NEED THIS MATTER ADDRESSED TO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. What do you require from me to follow this matter up??
