Service a la ****py

On Monday 08 March 2021 we were in Heidelberg and decided to have a lunch at Wimpy at Heidelberg Mall. From the start there was no service. At the door there was no one to see us in. We had to sanitize our hands and wait for someone to come and take our temperatures. We were told to go in but was not directed to a seat. When we were seated we had to wait for about 5 minutes for a waiter to bring us our menus.

Rose was our waiter and when she brought the menus we orders a soft drink and a glass of water while we waited for our order. A few minutes later, almost 10 minutes later another waiter saw us just sitting there and she came to our rescue and brought us the water and drinks we ordered. Rose was no where to be seen and only after that Rose went to another table where people just came in, she had the menus in her hands when she showed the people their table and offered to them same time unlike in our case.

When our eventually arrived it was so cold we had to send it back to get it warmed up. Again Malva came to our reacue and assisted us with the food and our drinks. The food were so cold we couldnt eat it and decided to leave without eating.

Before we left we decided to speak to the manager on duty who was Lerato at the time. She showed so little interest that we decided to let people know about the level of service we received from staff at Wimpy Heidelberg Mall
