Servers refuse to greet

I work on Bram Fischer in Blairgowrie and have often noted the cold service from some of the service there. <br> This morning I walked in, wanting to buy a sandwich for breakfast. I stood behind the counter and greeted. The two servers continued talking, completely ignoring me. I greeted again, a little louder this time. Ignored again. I greeted a third time, half screaming, and only then did they actually even LOOK at me. We were centimetres away from each other, and there was no other customer next to me, they can't say they didn't hear me. I asked why i was being given such impolite treatment and got a half hearted apology. I walked out and bought a sandwich at KFC. There is no excuse for such behaviour. Customer service can make or break your establishment. I don't know her name, but the lady with the short hair is the biggest culprit.
