second time this has happened

My wife and i went to Wimpy in Howick, Kzn. We placed our order for food. People we know came to sit at table next to us. They had ordered after us. A table behind us came after our friends and placed their order. Our friends had received their food before us. And table behind us aswell. We asked our waitress where our food was and she said its in its way. We gave them another 5 minutes. But still no food came upon this we decided to leave. The manager gave me a blank stare after i had asked him what the problem was. This is really poor service. As i feel that we have placed ojr orders before the other table even came in. But they had already received their food. This is the second time i have had issues with this specific outlet. They have now lost a good client. Not just the loss of one client. But i wil spread the news on how poor the service is as i have influence in a lot of newspapers in the region. This was the final straw from wimpy howick.
