rude and poor service

i had the worst service at wimpy empangeni. got there waited for a waiter for 15min just to take our order, waited another 15 min to get our drinks. my daughter got her kidi meal after 20 min, it was cold, she finished her food and i was still waiting almost an hour for my meal. people came after me and got their meals before mine. a big manager walked past me didnt even care what i wanted to say and just said she will check. then waited another 10 min. i called over the tall manager told her im unhappy and going to cancel my order and told her i want to talk to Ravi who is the owner, but even he was rude. didnt care what i said just went on they are busy..
