Rude and disgusting service

I normally come to the Wimpy in montecasino for the barone waffles, on the 14th of February my husband took me there for the waffles treat, was first serviced by Nkosi then they swapped with Angie, no warning from Nkosi no proper handover for my order, I returned it back then their manager came with an attitude Nora her name not trying to solve with the energy to fight, we tell her the issue and she brings back waffles with watery sauce, no help at all disgusting service. I want an apology from Nora and Nkosi as their service was disgusting
