ridiculously lazing around with the phone whilst on duty.
I was at wimpy jabulani mall, I had to walk out of the almost empty resturant because nobody was kind enough to take my order because the woman who initially helped us decided to play with her phone whilst my wife and I waited for 1 hour with no one taking our order.
