ridiculous service
You know what's frustrating is a phone that never gets answered but what ****es me of is a phone that is answered and put on the side. I could hear people talking but not on the phone. Now you know that in the mornings it's your peak times and it's busy but that was Flippen rude and not professional. Why don't you employ staff if the work load is too much? Why offer a service that you can't render nxn. Calling to make an order is part of your services right? Now why answer the phone and put it on the side?...Customer Service is pathetic.
