Refusal to cater to all groups of people

On numerous occasions I've visited Wimpy Ballito Junction and have found specials that are appealing yet does not cater to Hindus as there is no chicken or lamb/mutton option available. Wimpy is also inconsistent in their service levels as some branches, e.g. Wimpy The Crescent and Wimpy La Lucia, are happy to substitute beef with an alternate whilst Wimpy Ballito Junction refuses to entertain my requests.

The last time I visited Wimpy Ballito Junction I experienced a similar issue and submitted feedback to Wimpy via their website and received no response, yet feedback was successfully submitted.
