Really bad service

I went to Wimpy Northern Cape Mall with my stepson and his family on 05 February 2018 08h46 firstly we had to wit 12 minutes to be seated and there were only people at two tables, then the waitress left to return 9 minutes later to find out if we need something to drink, we ordered coffee and when the waitress left went through the menu. 32 minutes later the coffee arrived and we placed our order. Had to wait another 46 minutes to receive the wrong items on two of our orders whilst one were taken back by the waitress as she said that one is somebody elses order, no knifes or forks we had to ask the supervisor for cutlery the third order were never received but billed and we ordered 4 W shaped hash browns to take away for family members at work and once again received chopped up hash browns. I will never visit that Wimpy again they do not have any customer care at all
