****** and bad attitudes!!

<p>On Saturday 8/10/16 my grandmother had a very bad fall outside the wimpy in Queenswood, Pretoria. The staff did not help her, gentleman that were walking by helped her up. They took her into the wimpy and the staff gave her serviettes as her nose was bleeding, they then tell her that she is not allowed to use their serviettes to wipe the blood from her nose. The two manageresses that work their are very ****** and extremely rude. They laugh when you try and talk to them. There was a big mess outside the door to the wimpy resulting in my grans fall and was told that it is not their responsibility to clean and center management was responsible. When we eventually left they started to clean the mess. That tells me that they are guilty and too lazy to clean any mess up. They have absolutely no respect for their customers or for the elderly.</p>
