R52 for a burnt dagwood

I’m so ****** tired of the poor quality of food we receive at Wimpy Malibongwe. This is the second time I’ve had to complain about it. The first time I got contacted by the owner and he offered free food which we didn’t take up because that wasn’t the aim of the complaint, the aim was to make him aware that his store didn’t put quality first, yet I appreciated the call from him. Now it’s happened again, on Friday we ordered two dagwoods. Each at about R52, that’s expensive given that it doesn’t come with chips yet still the chef didn’t have the decency to ensure that the bread wasn’t burnt. It was visibly burnt and it tasted burnt. He/she clearly saw the bread was burnt but still packed it in for us, that just tells me that quality is not a priority at all for this wimpy! I have a picture of the dagwood but cant seem to upload it on the site for some reason
