R3325.00 for 2 burgers at Wimpy

On the 2nd of October2018 my son and I went to Wimpy in Mall of the North, Polokwane. We ate 2 burgers and drank 2 milkshakes. We included a tip and went to pay R325.00 tip included. When I got back to the office I realized that the cashier debited my cheque account with R3325.00. My wife went back to try and reverse this transaction. The manager was very helpful but it has been 8 days today that the money is still not back into my account

The manager at Wimpy called me and apologized. She was under the impression that it was resolved after their bank and my bank agreed to reverse the transaction on that same day. She called both banks again and realized that one of the banks did not go through with the transaction. I want to thank the manager for the way she handled the whole ordeal. She was professional all the way even while I was losing my cool.
