Quality of sauce

Food generally good. Had an experience this morning when my 86 year old mother ordered lemon n and herb chicken fillet with vegetables. The sause had a burn in it and did not taste like lemon and herd as verified by my wife. The manageress confirmed that the sauce on the chicken was in fact lemon and herb, but it had a slight burn. This is not acceptable as patrons that do not appreciate this burn are not expecting it when the food arrives and it spoils their meal. Wimpy must clarify this on their menu.
