Possible food poisoning

Good morning, my wife, kids and I went to Wimpy in N1 City at the Food Court on 3 August 2020 at around 14:00 the afternoon. We ordered our food, myself a Bacon and Cheese burger meal, my son a Farmhouse breakfast and my other son a kiddies cheese burger meal. My wife order a Traditional breakfast with her steak medium to well, extra mushrooms and peri-peri steak sauce. Our meals came, but my wife's order was wrong, and there were no mushrooms and it was BBQ sauce on the steak and that took about 15 minutes to fix - then her plate came with the rest of her food now cold - they then warmed the meal thereafter whilst eating she stated that she was feeling sick, but I thought it could be because she was hungry - after her meal she ran to the bathroom and threw up. Now, I am not alleging any wrongdoing but would just like to point out that she, when we got home, started having diarrhea. Which looking at the signs and symptoms are causes for food poisoning. My I appeal that we look at the hygiene standards at this establishment.
