Poor/Bad service

I went to Wimpy on Saturday 19th October 2024 with my two kids aged 9 and 16. The service i received from the waitress was not that i expected. My son simply asked the waitress 'if you were me, what can you choose' (from the menu). The lady rep**** 'ene u na drama , meaning 'you are so dramatic', then she left him as is. For me, i think she needed to go down to his level and respond like a better adult to a child who is just reaching and making a conversation with her. To top this all, my daughter ordered bits and bites platter, and pizza bits and bites were terrible.
