Poor service: Wimpy Oribi Plaza

I made an online order on the Wimpy on the 5th October. Got confirmation that my order has been received. Upon collection, I waited atleast 15 minutes to be greeted let alone be served. When i was eventually attended to, i was not able to make my payment as they could not find their speed point machine. Needless to say I walked out without my order. I informed Wimpy about the incident, I am yet to receive a response from them.
