Poor service from Wimpy V&A

Very poor service from Alex at Wimpy V&A Waterfront. I requested a bottle of water replacement for a drink on my kids meal. This is the first Wimpy I have been to, which refused and did not have the courtesy to come tell me himself but instead said no to my waiter. My waiter Themba provided very good service but Alex needs to learn alot about Customer Service.
