Poor Service from waitor and management

My name is Refilwe Mekgoe. I took my mother and two kids to Wimpy in Zeerust. The waiter named Thabiso came, with no people's skills at all. He took our order and rushed at the back. Usually when you order food, they bring your drinks, and it will be your choice whether you want them with your food or not. We didn't get the drinks. we waited for our order for more than 30 minutes and nobody said anything. Thabiso passed us with some customers' order, and my mother called him, he didn't respond and he literally ran passed us. I was really ****ed off. We waited for another 10 minutes, and I told my mother that I cant take it anymore and we should leave. We left, and passed management I'm guessing, at the front desk. Told him what happened and he couldn't care less. He just said goodbye, go well. This shows that they don't really care about their customers' satisfaction and happiness. What bothers me is that, if management is like that, there is no point to complain in the restaurant anyway. I am really mad that, there are probably hardworking people with good manners, and people skills who are out there without jobs, while the likes of Thabiso is having a time of his life.
