Poor service from the cashier

I arrived in the wimpy restaurant I was given the menu I have to wait for 15 minutes utes and the restaurant is not even full . After realizing that I am not getting help I took the menu to the cashier in the front she told me that she is not going to help me she only assist people who are buying takeaways only

Cn you confirm if this is true or is too attitude and unprofessionalism From when wimpy does not serve individuals on their counter. I feel embarrassed when I am told to go and sit down someone will come and serve me . It is one of my favorite restaurent but I will never set my foot in this restaurant is
