Poor Service delivery

<br> <br> I walked in @wimpy Estcourt at about 6:25pm and I have always know wimpy staff members to welcome us as customers @ the door and get us seated but today it was completely the opposite as I walked in on 4 ladies @the counter inclusive of the manager on duty(an african lady)and no one greeted me so I had to greet them,and nobody bothered to ask me hw they can assist me instead they all looked @each other and then looked back @me,I then told the manager I would like to get seated and her response was that they close @7pm...I went ahead and sat at the seating area outside,got my menu and waited 5 minutes for the waiter to come take my order as they we're all hesitating to serve me,I could actualy see that even the kitchen staff were moaning because of a customer that walked in @that time...<br> <br> Eventualy another lady took my order,I don't knw her name as she didn't greet and introduce herself to me,but that fine...<br> The manager then came up to me and asked me to move from the seating area outside and seat inside as they close @7 and they close the sliding door early...<br> <br> As I sat and waited for my
