poor service by an *********** manager at wimpy signet terrace

i am a pensioner .. i asked for a TOP UP on my coffee .. apparently if one does not take milk .. only black coffee .. the cup is supposed to be filled nearly to the brim .. i asked the manager to top up my coffee .. he dumped it and brought me another three quarter cup of coffee .. and charged me for both .. really ????
