Poor service at wimpy kokstad

I visited this wimpy on the 27th December 2022 on my way back to Johannesburg, and we arrived at 13h00. We were told about a special of the Creamy double cheeseburger and when we asked for it , we were told they are out of beef patty. Then we looked through the menue then we asked for the mega breakfast but told again we can't have that or they can exchange the patty for chicken patty but we have to pay extra for that. Then looking through the menu it was clear that the store is just open for being open. I dissatisfied to see that wimpy can be this poorly organized, it's December and around mid day but are out of patty already, my question is: Does this store have a manager? Why is the manager here? Does the manager know his /her duties ?
